Want a real climbing challenge? Come to Chirripó National Park, the highest peak in Costa Rica located just 34 miles (56 km) in a straight line southeast of San José. This peak has an impressive height of 3,727 m (12,228 ft), a nice challenge for tourists all around the world. Its flora is impressive.
But if you want to climb this “giant” you have to be well prepared, you don´t need a tent because in the trail you will find shelters and you ought to need a lot of water.
The view in the highest point of the mountain is impressive, you can see both the oceans Atlantic and Caribbean.
